More Than a Founder
Dr. Robin Chia was the founder and Managing Director of Robin Chia PAC, a Singapore-based Public Accounting Corporation established in 1999.
Throughout his distinguished career, he earned recognition as a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom, and was conferred the title of ASEAN Certified Public Accountant.
His professional expertise extended across taxation, GST, accounting, risk management, internal audit, forensic accounting, corporate fraud and business advisory. He was also a respected educator, researcher, speaker and mentor who devoted considerable time to sharing professional knowledge with the next generation.
His career reflected a rare combination of technical expertise, practical business experience and a passion for professional education.
That combination became one of the defining characteristics of the firm he founded.

Beginning of Professional Training & Knowledge Sharing
Started conducting external training, seminars and workshops for professional audiences.
1999
Robin Chia PAC Established
Founded Robin Chia PAC in Singapore, establishing a professional practice built around audit, tax, accounting and advisory services.

Tax & GST Leadership
Developed extensive expertise in taxation, GST, audits, investigations and regulatory matters, including senior advisory experience with Tricor Malaysia.

Combining Accounting Expertise with Technology
Dr. Robin Chia was also involved in the development of the GST Ready Cloud Accounting System, an innovative accounting solution approved by Royal Customs Malaysia and subsequently used in Singapore and Malaysia.
The initiative reflected his forward-looking approach to accounting technology and regulatory compliance.
At a time when businesses were adapting to increasingly digital financial processes, the system sought to combine:
